Uniko will gladly exchange an item for online store credit only. Before sending the item back, please email support@uniko19.com within 2 days of receipt of your shipment. Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted. Items to be returned must be in perfect, new condition with original tags attached. Uniko must receive the returned items within 7 days of return authorization.
Please note T-Shirts, Caps, Skateboards, Bags, Accessories or Sale Items cannot be returned or exchanged for a partial or full refund. Our no return policy is strict due to the limited quantities available per item.
We do not take returns on items due to buyer’s remorse (customers who changed their mind about their purchase) or size/color exchanges. Please read the sizes charts and descriptions and order accordingly.
I do not live in the U.S.A can I order online?
At this time we are only accepting orders from residents that live in the U.S.A., Canada and Mexico.
When will I get my order?
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery.
Once shipped your tracking number will be issued to you through email.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims with the shipping carrier. It is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier, such as USPS, FedEx or UPS, etc. Tracking information is provided and claims for lost, stolen or damaged shipments must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer our community and supporters FREE SHIPPING domestically. As well as to Canada and Mexico.
Currently we do not ship to any other country.
Why do billing and shipping address have to match?
We require that the billing and shipping address match as an additional step to prevent fraud.
